I see potential...
I came across this property in the quiet part of Wan Chai, near Pacific Place III after a talk with a friend who wants to live in HK. This place is the only split-level in city core that I found: 700 sq.ft. (560 usable).

Looks nice....now it's all about the price.
The apartment is 350 sqft on the title deed but 700 sqft on the DMC which
states the lower level of the property is for the exclusive use by the upper
level apartment. This apartment includes a parking space right outside. It
is a ground floor unit of the upper block, which is located higher up from
the level of Star Street.
